Last updated: 10 October 2026. This statement explains how this website handles information submitted through its assessment, booking and teaching subscription features, as well as advertising measurement.

Assessment data

To unlock the full report, you must provide your name, email address and answers to 15 questions. The system calculates a score and recommendations from your answers and stores the submission time and related records to provide the report, process updates and support internal follow-up.

The report appears on the website and is not emailed to you. Assessment records are stored in a private Google Sheet and processed through Google Apps Script. A new submission triggers an email notification through Google to [email protected].

Cloudflare Pages helps operate the website and prevent abuse. The application does not write raw IP addresses to the assessment spreadsheet, but it uses a processed anti-abuse identifier. Service providers may process connection and security data as part of their services.

Only authorised Fundingguyhk personnel may access assessment records.

Assessment records are not currently set to expire automatically. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion. We will verify your identity and handle the request in light of applicable law and actual retention needs.

Refreshing or retaking the assessment does not delete an existing submission.

Bookings and teaching subscriptions

The booking page uses Google Calendar. When you load or use its appointment calendar, Google processes the name, email address, time slot and booking details you provide under its service. Fundingguyhk uses these details to arrange and contact you about the appointment.

Name and email submitted on the funding assessment page, Funding Radar registration page, seven-day teaching page or free video registration page pass through the Cloudflare Pages website backend to Systeme.io.

Fundingguyhk uses them to send seven days of funding application lessons, later funding information, and invitations to its services and free in-depth assessment, including direct marketing. Assessment answers, scores and reports are sent only to the Google Sheet described above, not to Systeme.io.

The website does not maintain a separate teaching-subscriber contact database. The website applies the seven-day teaching tag only if a contact does not already have it. Repeated submissions by tagged contacts do not reapply it, and submitting again does not reactivate an unsubscribed contact.

You may use the unsubscribe link in each email or contact Fundingguyhk to stop receiving emails free of charge. The free video and public Funding Radar content remain available without subscribing.

Video, connections and third-party services

Teaching videos and this website are served through Cloudflare Pages. Loading a video or calendar connects your browser to the relevant provider. Providers may process technical data under their policies and may process data outside Hong Kong.

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. A PageView event is sent when a page loads. A Lead event is sent when a free-teaching registration or assessment report is successfully saved. The website code disables Pixel auto-configuration and does not place the name, email address or assessment answers entered in the forms in these event parameters.

The Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies to collect browser or device identifiers, the page URL and the referring URL. Meta processes this information under its privacy policy and may process it outside Hong Kong. See Meta’s Privacy Policy ↗.

Other service providers may also process technical data under their policies and may process it outside Hong Kong. Please consult the relevant providers’ privacy policies.
