Teaching, assessments and case studies
Articles, videos, assessments and recommendations on this website are for educational and strategic reference to help you organise your organisation’s direction and funding preparation. They are not legal, accounting or other professional advice.
An assessment score is not a funder’s score, accreditation or probability of approval. Eligibility, deadlines, funding scope and assessment requirements may change. Check the funder’s current official information before applying.
Past cases reflect specific projects and circumstances at the relevant time. Each application is decided independently by the funder. No case study, teaching or service promises a particular grant, amount or outcome.
Information you provide
Please provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide when using an assessment or booking feature. Unless necessary and properly authorised, do not enter beneficiaries’ names, contact details, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
You remain responsible for checking organisational details, budgets, partner commitments and application content.
Website content and third-party services
Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by or licensed to Fundingguyhk. You may use it for personal or internal organisational learning. You must not reproduce it in bulk, republish, sell it or present it as your own without prior written permission.
Google Calendar, Systeme.io, Cloudflare and video delivery services are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices also apply when you use those features. The relevant provider controls the availability and handling of its external service.
Bookings and further work
A booking is confirmed by Google Calendar’s confirmation notice. Use the options in that notice if you need to make a change. A free in-depth assessment does not commit you to purchase a service. Any further teaching, application support or other engagement requires separate agreement on scope, deliverables, timing and fees, confirmed in writing by both parties.
Updates and governing law
Fundingguyhk may update these terms to reflect website features or applicable requirements. The updated version and date will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
